Prescription Hearing sought our expertise to transform their online presence and patient experience. Execution Plan and Solutions

New Website Launch: The first step was to build a new website that reflected their new brand and offered capabilities for patients to book appointments and get detailed information about treatment options and the latest hearing aid products. The website also needed integrations to allow patients to purchase products online and apply for financing.

Beyond the key aspects of functionality, we focused on a user-friendly design and hired a video marketing firm to create brand videos that featured the practice owner to build trust with new website vistors.

CRM & Patient Nurturing: With a new website in-place, we knew the second step was to define a patient journey within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that automated marketing to current and new patients, as well as physician referral partners.

Leveraging our vendor-matching platform, we selected a marketing & CRM firm to lay out a patient journey map (see below) and write out all of the automated emails and text messages that prospects and patients should receive.

Patients now get important information about hearing healthcare and new technology in a timely manner without the staff having to do any work to send it out. Their CRM, Active Campaign, tracks all patient touch points and conversions.

Public Relations & Media: Once the CRM and marketing automations were up and running, our next step was to bring in a specialized PR firm. The specialty firm we identify has gotten Prescription Hearing in numerous media placements on major television networks and in notable digital publications. The practice has gained significant visibility and is a thought leader and educator to their target audience.

Social Media Management: To enhance the success of the PR, we connected Prescription Hearing with a social media firm who shared their new stories and created dynamic content to build a following with potential patients and physician referrals.

Virtual Assistants: To manage accelerated growth, we linked Prescription Hearing with a firm that offered Virtual Assistants (VAs). The VAs were able to provide immediate support managing the increased call volume and appointment scheduling Prescription Hearing had been experiencing as a result of transforming its online presence and patient experience.
