The Growth Assessment Consultation will take you through three concentric phases:

  • Analyze: conduct research and evaluate with understandings gained through Discovery

  • Visualize: craft potential opportunities that can be pursued to untap unhidden potential



Our scope Wworks to achieve positive outcomes:

Our Growth Assessment Consultation takes place over a two week period and is geared towards understanding the current state of your business and your goals and objectives to move up-and-to-the-right. You can expect the following during our consultation:

  • Initial Assessment and Goal Setting: discovery of information about the business, its goals, and current challenges, which may include financial performance, market materials and plans, and discussions with key personnel

  • Analysis: based on the information gained during the Initial Assessment and Goal Setting, we will focus our high-level research on areas of the business that can include: Operations, Marketing and Sales, Customer Experience, Distribution and Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Finance

  • Recommendations: informed by the Analysis conducted on the Initial Assessment and Goal Setting, a list of high-level recommendations will be crafted for review

What Is Included:


  • A 2-week consultation that seeks to provide high-level recommendations available for your business to achieve up-and-to-the-right growth

  • Remote engagement through the course of the consultation

  • A multi-dimensional team to evaluate and identify meaningful opportunities for growth

What Is NOT Included:


  • Detail analysis of the identified recommendations

  • On-site meetings that require travel expenses
