Project Phases


We will learn about your business through short assessments and interviews to evaluate your current workflows and systems.  Our technology experts will then produce a report defining the opportunities to streamline processes with existing or new software. We also define areas where IT spend can be consolidated.

1. Tech & Process Auditing
During phase 1, our technology experts will conduct 1-2 interviews with each team or department leader. We will also initiate a survey to your employees to gain more insights about how they feel about their current workflows. Additionally, we will review your current software and Managed IT contracts to identify cost reduction opportunities.
2. Cost reduction & automation recommendations
In phase 2, our team will present the findings from the review of your IT software and services. In our presentation and report, you will recommendations for: -Cost-savings and automation opportunities -Ways to eliminate siloes and organize your data to increase the value of your business -How current software can be used more effectively or be eliminated in lieu of new solutions that are better integrated for information flow
