Project Phases
1. Kickoff Meeting
After you purchase a design package, we will have our first kickoff meeting to discuss exactly what you're looking for! At that time, we will create a detailed project agreement outlining what Action Cat Studio will deliver to your company. We can also implement any package modifications at this time if necessary.
2. Design Begins!
Action Cat Studio will begin creating the sell sheet/flyer/one-pager as outlined in the agreement. This part of the process usually takes 72 business hours.
3. First Review
Once the first draft of your project is ready to review, Action Cat Studio will email it over to you for review or schedule a review meeting, whichever you'd prefer.
4. Revisions (Round 1)
Action Cat will implement any feedback you provided during the first review, and send the updated project back to you for approval.
5. Second Review
We will meet to discuss, or you can review the updated project internally. At this point, you can provide any final modifications or tweaks.
6. Revisions (Round 2)
Final round of revisions from Action Cat, implementing any last change requests or design feedback that you have for the project.
7. Project Handoff
Project is complete! Action Cat will send you any deliverables that were agreed upon, including everything mentioned in selected package. At this point, we can also coordinate with the printer of your choice if this project needs to be printed.
